# Roadmap

> What is live, and the target order in which the books and layers launch.

> Targets, not commitments. Each launch follows third-party security audits and the required regulatory approvals. Nothing is live until these docs say so.

## Live today

* **IX-CORE on testnet** (Base Sepolia and Robinhood Chain): deposit, mint and redeem at NAV, monthly revenue settlement, on-chain NAV and proof of reserve, asset registry, explorer and Agent Gateway (MCP).

## Target sequence

**1. Q1 2027 — Mainnet and the first real assets**

Smart-contract audits; IX-CORE on mainnet; first private-infrastructure SPV (AI compute); first real monthly distribution.

**2. Q2 2027 — Second book and lending**

Private credit book (IX-CRD); farmland & timber in the infrastructure book; Layer 2 Borrow & lend in beta.

**3. Q3 2027 — Third book and financing**

Real estate book (IX-RE); energy and carbon credits in the infrastructure book; Layer 2 generally available; secondary trading; Layer 3 Finance pilot.

**4. Q4 2027 — The full platform**

Private equity book (IX-PE); Layer 3 Finance generally available; all four books and all three layers live; first white-label client on IX Protocol.
